Job Title: Specialist Child Care Worker
About the Role:

- Deliver care that is formulation-driven, participating in the development of psychological formulations based on trauma and adverse childhood understandings that inform and direct care provision.
- Support young people to be kept safe through the relationships they form with staff, rather than physical restrictions, using models of complex relational care to prepare young people for progression to fulfilling adult lives.
Requirements:

- Demonstrate a commitment to support and care for vulnerable and traumatized young people.
