Key Responsibilities- Field Service Support: Provide technical assistance and support to customers at their locations, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of issues.
- Diagnostic and Repair Services: Diagnose and repair complex technical issues with bus transmission systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Product Introduction and Promotion: Collaborate with the sales team to introduce new products to the market, promoting their features and benefits to customers.
- Technical Support and Advice: Offer expert technical support and advice to sales staff, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Reporting and Administration: Complete accurate and timely reports, including engineering reports and paperwork, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Stock Management and Vehicle Maintenance: Manage work expenses, track stock levels, and maintain company vehicles according to company policies.
- Education and Qualifications: Completed engineering apprenticeship or equivalent, with a minimum level 5 qualification (or higher) in a relevant field.
- Experience: Background in field services and engineering, with experience working with electric vehicles and excellent diagnostic capabilities.
- Skills: Good IT skills, full UK driving license, and ability to work flexible hours, including extra or unsociable hours when needed.
- Competitive Salary: £50-60K DOE + Company Vehicle + Annual Bonus
