About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to help drive business activity and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Database Management: Manage and maintain accurate client information and progress logs in our Concert database.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Extract critical information from our platforms and create reports using MS Excel.
  • Platform Management: Manage client financials, including ISA's, investment, and retirement accounts, using our platform.
  • Communication: Liaise with providers, team members, and clients to ensure seamless communication and progress.
  • Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure all soft and hard copy information meets compliance and regulatory standards under Openwork and the FCA stipulations.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to enquiries and requests for information.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with marketing activities and initiatives to promote our services.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including scanning client files and other critical information.

Person Specification:

  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in financial services administration, IFA, or provider side.
  • Skills: Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel, proficient in MS Word and Outlook.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications or a willingness to gain relevant qualifications.
