About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner to join our team at RecruitmentRevolution. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business objectives and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define, prioritize, and deliver features that align with our circular economy goals
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and technical constraints
  • Own the product backlog for one or more teams and ensure stakeholders' requirements are appropriately detailed and prioritized
  • Take on light team leadership responsibilities, including overseeing and providing guidance to junior business analysts
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in an agile environment
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or have equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Genuine interest in sustainability and the principles of the circular economy
  • Focus on personal improvement and learning
Desirable Skills
  • Certified Professional Scrum Master (CPSM) or similar qualification
  • Familiarity with Microservices Architectures
  • Familiarity with Cloud Computing (preferably AWS)
