Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Civil Design Engineer to work on complex and environmental-focused projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for making a positive impact on society and a sustainable design focus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed design drawings, calculations, and specifications at all stages of design solutions.
  • Respond to client, stakeholder, and contractor requests for information.
  • Attend meetings and workshops with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders and communicate design ideas through sketches, models, and presentations.
  • Coordinate design information with design team members and stakeholders.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior members of the team.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience, with at least a year being in the UK.
  • Used Microdrainage, Infodrainage, and Civil 3D.
  • Experience developing SuDs strategies, detailed design of below-ground drainage networks, detailed design of s38 and s278, and preparation of FRAs.
