Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with current clients to schedule their Anniversary appointments with consultants, adhering to established service standards and scheduling protocols.
2. Ensure that all client service inquiries, whether verbal or written, are addressed in accordance with the complaints management process.
3. Execute administrative tasks for the department, including the rescheduling of appointments.
4. Resolve client service issues promptly, maintaining a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
5. Familiarize yourself with all client databases and systems to effectively investigate and respond to client inquiries.
6. Take responsibility for ensuring timely responses to client queries, service concerns, and cancellation requests.
7. Review client service issues to facilitate an effective transition to Credit Control when necessary.
8. Maintain client profiles, including updates on additional sites and employee information, and conduct investigations as needed.
