Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Assistant to join our team at Triumph. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Manage the candidate experience, ensuring that all candidates receive timely and effective communication throughout the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement recruitment strategies and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of recruitment software and systems
