  • Engaging with clients and facilitating their initial appointments with consultants, adhering to service standards and scheduling protocols.
  • Ensuring that all client service inquiries, whether verbal or written, are acknowledged according to the established complaint resolution process.
  • Thoroughly investigating all client service matters through discussions with clients and relevant internal personnel.
  • Resolving client service issues in a timely manner, with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
  • Accountable for securing prompt responses to client inquiries, service challenges, and cancellation requests.
  • Handling client and consultant calls to address queries and service concerns.

A proactive and adaptable approach is essential, along with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
