Position Title: Application Support Technician
Department: IT Services

Reports to: Application Support Team Leader

Key Responsibilities
The Application Support Technician will be responsible for providing comprehensive support across the organization for escalated application challenges, user interaction, and various application support tasks in a fast-paced IT landscape.
- Manage and escalate support requests within the ticketing system, ensuring timely responses to user inquiries.
- Collaborate with the Application Support Team Leader and other departments to deliver outstanding customer service and effective resolutions.
- Uphold service quality standards and guidelines.
- Assist in developing internal IT processes and procedures.
- Support the creation and management of user application accounts, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Engage in projects aimed at achieving key business objectives.
- Maintain accurate departmental documentation, including user manuals and operational procedures.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and external partners, ensuring thorough record-keeping.
- Stay informed about Information Security protocols, reporting any concerns to the Application Support Team Leader.
- Previous experience in IT or application support, particularly with software such as Acturis and/or Applied Epic, is preferred.
