Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Manager to oversee our Looked After Children Service. This is a permanent, full-time position within the Children's Services management team, aimed at ensuring that the needs of Looked After Children and young people are effectively met, enabling them to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations and development of the team.
- Provide supervision, support, and guidance to social work professionals.
- Ensure meaningful participation of children, young people, and families in care planning, adhering to statutory and legislative requirements.
- Maintain high standards of work through effective supervision, quality assurance, and auditing.
- Conduct regular analysis and monitoring of team performance to assess impact on outcomes for children and families.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate resilience in a demanding environment and possess a solution-focused mindset. You should have a genuine aspiration for effective teamwork, partnership collaboration, and leadership. Strong leadership skills and the ability to foster and maintain robust working relationships are essential.
