About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience in our food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a friendly and efficient service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop a good working knowledge of food and wine, making recommendations to guests as required.
  • Work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage Supervisor to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Upsell and maximize sales revenue wherever possible, ensuring a positive impact on the hotel's revenue.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a 3/4 star hotel property or a high-volume, fast-paced environment is desirable.
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Micros experience is a plus.
