Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Housing Support Specialist to join our team. This role is focused on delivering personalized, high-quality support and housing management services to individuals experiencing homelessness, particularly those with low to medium support needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive housing management services for clients and designated properties.
  • Ensure the day-to-day health and safety of the service, including coordination with external service providers.
  • Participate in an on-call, out-of-hours rota as required.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience working with vulnerable populations or individuals with complex needs.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
  • Knowledge of benefits and housing benefits systems.
Employment Details

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) with a permanent contract offering a competitive salary.
