Senior Product Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team at Inspire People, working closely with the Department for Business and Trade (DBT). This is an exciting opportunity to champion the delivery and continuous improvement of products, defining and solving problems that enable value.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead multidisciplinary agile teams to deliver digital services and products through the product lifecycle.
  • Develop effective product roadmaps and product descriptions to meet user needs in a cost-effective way.
  • Deliver services that meet the Government Digital Service (GDS) Standard and are best in class for government.
  • Underpin the delivery and iteration of digital services through a communicable understanding of diverse audience groups and effective analysis and presentation of qualitative and quantitative user data.
  • Develop and manage stakeholder relationships to create buy-in for the product.
Requirements
  • Expert knowledge of product management techniques and developing strategic skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and use an iterative method and flexible approach to enable rapid delivery of value.
  • Experience of working with and challenging senior stakeholders, prioritising and mitigating constraints, adapting the approach depending on the constraints, and turning constraints into an advantage.
About the Role

This role requires you to undergo SC clearance where the requirement is to have been present in the UK for at least 3 of the last 5 years. DBT does not hold a UK Visa & Immigration (UKVI) Skilled Worker License sponsor and are unable to sponsor any individuals for Skilled Worker Sponsorship.
