Role Overview:
Become an integral member of the Delivery Integration Team, playing a crucial role in validating and assessing the feasibility of work schedules well in advance of execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate the availability of materials and equipment to ensure project readiness.
2. Supervise the implementation of "Delivery Work Pack" and "Interface Data Sheet" protocols.
3. Collaborate with various on-site departments, including Engineering, Planning, Procurement, and Site Operations.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with 3D/4D modeling tools such as Navisworks and/or Synchro is essential. Proficient in managing P6 schedules and adept at data manipulation using Excel and Microsoft Office.
Reporting:
Generate reports utilizing databases or PowerBI to support project tracking and decision-making.
Work Environment:
Primary office located at Hinkley Point C, Somerset. Act as a Safety Culture Advocate, ensuring that safety protocols are adhered to in all project activities.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience (10+ years).
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing complex projects.
- Proficient in planning tools (P6), Navisworks, and the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Background in nuclear construction is preferred.
- Knowledge of French is a plus.
