IO Associates is seeking a dedicated Technical Administrator to enhance the Aurora Engineering team, primarily focusing on the Integro programme.

The selected candidate will facilitate management access to various systems utilized within the programme, including SharePoint sites and libraries. Additionally, they will coordinate and facilitate information reviews in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the AWE Engineering Manager in managing, controlling, and monitoring the distribution of information and the collection of feedback during the review cycle.
  • Support the AWE Engineering Manager in scheduling and resolving conflicts for meetings, reviews, and demonstrations.
  • Provide reports to the AWE Engineering Manager regarding task progress.
  • Coordinate meeting and review schedules.
  • Oversee document review processes.
  • Act as a technical secretary, recording and drafting meeting minutes.
  • Issue document transmittals as required.
  • Manage the Collaborative Working process, ensuring its effective use.
  • Maintain the document and review tracker matrix.
  • Facilitate and coordinate information reviews in alignment with corporate policies and procedures.
  • Support management access to systems utilized within the programme, including SharePoint sites, Teams sites, and Meridian.
  • Clearly communicate progress and issues as necessary to the Engineering Team management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Meridian EDMS.
  • Strong communication skills, both clear and concise.
  • Ability to cultivate positive working relationships with customers and suppliers at all levels.
  • Capability to adapt to changes effectively while maintaining focus on achieving goals.
  • Proficient in working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
