About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swimming Teacher to join our team at Nuffield Health Gosforth FWC. As a Swim Teacher, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to individuals and groups of all ages and abilities
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of our customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve the performance of teaching programmes
  • Promote memberships and explain the benefits of our facilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an ASA Level 2 or equivalent qualification, as well as experience of coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities. You should also have excellent communication skills and a confident, approachable manner.
