Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Swimming Instructor to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Swimming Instructor, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver swimming programs for customers of all ages and abilities
- Conduct one-to-one and group swimming lessons
- Develop and implement water safety programs
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching programs and achieve targets
- Provide excellent customer service and promote memberships
Requirements:
- ASA Level 2 or equivalent qualification
- Experience in coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
