About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swimming Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health's Gosforth (Newcastle) FWC. As a key member of our Management Team, you will be responsible for the management, governance, and active selling of our swim classes timetable.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement swim class programming to meet the needs of our members and visitors.
- Work closely with our internal swim instructors to continually improve site standards and ensure a high-quality swimming experience.
- Be a role model for responsible and appropriate conduct for all team members.
- Collaborate with the Fitness Manager and General Manager to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and team working skills.
- ASA or STA level 2 qualifications and recent experience of teaching swimming.
- Passion, enthusiasm, and a love of swimming.
