Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
  • Additional Pay: Commission pay

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am-5:30 pm, with one late shift from 10:30 am-7:00 pm, no weekends

We are seeking an experienced professional to join LUCIEG CONSULTING LIMITED as a Debt Resolution Specialist. This role involves managing the administration of clients' approved Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs), ensuring all regulatory duties and obligations are fulfilled.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Liaising with clients, creditors, and third parties to ensure smooth communication and processing
  • Conducting income and expenditure reviews, calculating and requesting additional income, and monitoring accounts daily to follow up on any declined payments
  • Preparing and issuing notices of breach, variation documents, completion and termination reports, and managing the registration and removal of restrictions as needed

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, with in-depth knowledge of personal insolvency and debt management solutions. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
