Job Title: IVA Case Manager

We are seeking an experienced IVA Case Manager to join our team at LUCIEG CONSULTING LIMITED. As an IVA Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing the administration of clients' approved IVAs, ensuring all regulatory duties and obligations are fulfilled.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle client queries via telephone and email, liaising with clients, creditors, and third parties.
  • Ensure timely processing of modifications, conduct income and expenditure reviews, and calculate and request additional income.
  • Monitor accounts daily to follow up on any declined payments, conduct annual reviews, and issue notices of breach when necessary.
  • Draft and issue variation documents, completion and termination reports, and manage the registration and removal of restrictions as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with in-depth knowledge of personal insolvency and debt management solutions.
  • 1 year of experience in IVA Case Management (required).
