We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Coordinator to join our team at Places for People. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Asset Manager in developing and monitoring key property data within our CAFM system (MRI). Your expertise in financial analysis and data reporting will enable you to produce high-quality reports and contribute to our business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the property liabilities register, ensuring alignment with the budget and flagging any concerns.
  • Assist with annual budgets and documentation, including approving rent and service charges payments and contributing to monthly billing.
  • Communicate with stakeholders on asset management activities and conduct site visits to ensure effective property management.
  • Assist with business rates queries, utilities reviews, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least three years of experience in asset management, financial analysis, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in using a CAFM system and producing data reports using MS Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong organisational abilities.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills and experience in a fast-paced commercial environment.
