About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to support our Asset Manager in developing and monitoring key property data within our CAFM system. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the property liabilities register, ensuring alignment with the budget, and flagging any concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Asset Manager with annual budgets and documentation
  • Manage and maintain the property liabilities register
  • Approve rent and service charges payments
  • Contribute to monthly billing
  • Assist with business rates queries and utilities reviews
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Communicate with stakeholders on asset management activities
  • Conduct site visits
  • Assist with landlord and tenant matters, including lease interpretation
  • Assist the Asset Manager with options appraisals for disposing of and acquiring new sites

About You

We are looking for an individual with at least three years of experience in asset management, financial analysis, or a related field. You should have proven expertise in using a CAFM system and producing data reports using MS Office. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong organisational abilities, enable you to work both collaboratively and autonomously.
