A leading construction consultancy in Gloucester is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team.
About the RoleAs a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for working on a diverse range of projects, from social housing to large-scale commercial developments. You will have the opportunity to engage with clients across both the public and private sectors, and work on projects that offer a wide range of challenges and experiences.
The consultancy places a strong emphasis on professional development, offering full support for those working towards Chartership through their internal APC program. You will also benefit from tailored in-house training and have the opportunity to pursue further education qualifications, all within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Work on a variety of projects, including social housing and commercial developments
- Engage with clients across both the public and private sectors
- Develop skills and experience through internal training and APC program
- Pursue further education qualifications
- Construction related degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
- Experience working on Social Housing projects
- Experience working in an Employers Agent role
- MRICS is highly desirable or someone in need of support to achieve chartership
- Competitive salary: £35,000 - £45,000
