Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR documentation, including contracts, letters, and pension information.
- Maintain accurate and compliant HR databases, including payroll and contact details.
- Generate regular reports for the group of businesses.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Process employee transitions, including issuing ID cards and managing reference requests.
- Document meeting minutes and record discussions as necessary.
- Participate in meetings related to grievances, performance, and disciplinary actions.
- Analyze and report on HR data and management information.
- Support effective internal communication to keep all employees informed of changes and initiatives.
- Manage your own caseload effectively.
- Assist the Head of People and People Director with additional tasks as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong numeracy and literacy skills.
- Experience in an administrative role within an office setting.
- Professional demeanor and reliability in all assigned tasks.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Preferred professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD Level 3 or working towards Level 5).
- Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade 4/5 or equivalent, including English and Maths.
