We are seeking an experienced publican or retail manager with food knowledge to take on the King Charles II in Ross-on-Wye. This one-room pub has huge potential to offer a community feel to locals and tourists alike, with a large garden at the rear.

The site requires some TLC to restore it to its former glory. We are looking for operators with local knowledge, who are ambitious and willing to put in the hard work to put this pub back on the map.

The successful operator will ideally have food knowledge or be able to cook to help launch a food menu. By introducing live music, local drinks offers, and a consistent food offer, this could improve the turnover. The site currently takes on average £5,000 on an 80/20 wet-led split, but has the potential to achieve higher per week by targeting extra food and drinks sales.
