Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Education Outreach Specialist to join our team at Prospero Teaching Careers. As an Outreach Tutor, you will play a vital role in creating and delivering tailored lesson plans to bridge gaps in pupils' education and boost engagement and attainment levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized learning plans to meet the unique needs of each pupil
  • Provide one-to-one support to pupils who have been out of education for an extended period, helping to re-engage them in their learning and build confidence
  • Work closely with Prospero Teaching Careers to monitor pupil progression and provide regular updates on their learning journey
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and supportive learning environment

Requirements:

  • QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Proven experience working with pupils who have Special Educational Needs and/or are disengaged from education
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative learning solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Contract Details:
