You'll play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process, from briefing through to offer approval, ensuring an exceptional service to candidates and internal stakeholders alike.

  • Collaborating with hiring managers to gather accurate briefs on recruitment needs
  • Crafting compelling job adverts that align with our company brand and tone of voice guidelines
  • Identifying and screening candidate CVs that meet our requirements
  • Scheduling interviews and assessment centres
  • Managing the offer approval process, including securely capturing right to work documents in line with GDPR

You'll bring experience from either a recruitment agency or internal recruitment background to this role.
