Job Summary:

As a Resource Planning Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Tactical Planning Lead and coordinating the movement and control of resources to deliver the plan for wholesale operations. Your focus will be on balancing and moving resources to meet demand based on resource plans, as well as providing administration support, recommendations for annual leave, training, and meetings based on shrinkage tolerances. You will also facilitate cross-boundary working and feed necessary information into SAP CLICK / FSM. Additionally, you will work with key stakeholders to agree and sign up to delivery of the forecasted plan, attending daily loop cells.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the Tactical Planning Lead in coordinating resource movement and control.
  2. Balance and move resources to meet demand based on resource plans.
  3. Provide administration support, including recommendations for annual leave, training, and meetings.
  4. Facilitate cross-boundary working and feed necessary information into SAP CLICK / FSM.
  5. Work with key stakeholders to agree and sign up to delivery of the forecasted plan.
Requirements:
  • Experience of SAP and CLICK.
  • Proficient in MS Office software, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Previous experience in Resource Planning or a similar environment.
  • Awareness of legislation pertaining to water industry activities.
  • Accurate data understanding and inputting capabilities.
  • Ability to identify opportunities to drive progress and deliver a faster and better service.
  • Collaborative mindset, sharing ideas and experience with colleagues to achieve great results.
  • Competent use of IT, especially SAP ECC and Click.
Qualifications:
  • O-Level / GCSE or equivalent in maths and English.
Desirable:
  • Full UK driving licence.
