We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Excellence Executive to join our Corporate team. This individual will work closely with the corporate team to manage customer issues, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the team in a customer service role to manage customer issues related to damage or delivery queries.
  • Log all complaints and issues, gathering relevant information and documentation.
  • Liaise with customers, clients, and internal departments to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Attend regular meetings to keep managers informed of progress.
  • Oversee daily tasks, including liaising with customers, chasing progress on vehicles, and more.
