Job Title: Accounts Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Accounts Administrator to join our team at Office Angels. As an Accounts Administrator, you will provide direct support to the Finance Manager and Head of Finance, assisting with the administration of financial processing and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Processing: Assist with the administration of financial processing, including sales ledger, purchase ledger, and cashbook.
  • Reconciliations: Carry out regular reconciliations of financial accounts and maintain accurate records.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Customer and Supplier Liaison: Liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve any queries or issues.
  • Credit Control: Carry out credit control and chase outstanding debts.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Finance Manager and Head of Finance as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Experience working within a finance function, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Knowledge of Sage software, excellent organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication skills.
  • Education: Intermediate Excel skills and ability to analyze financial data.
