About the Role

The Senior Solution Architect will be responsible for:

  • Defining and leading the solution architecture activity for a new Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementation
  • Managing end-to-end design activity across internal teams and 3rd parties to ensure solutions and deliverables are high-quality, functional, and efficient
  • Providing guidance on architectural decisions, ensuring they are robust, well-documented, and align with both business objectives and technical requirements
  • Leading the creation of detailed high-level designs for complex programmes, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics, that integrate well with existing systems, meet business goals, and align to architecture standards and principles
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Solutions Architect, with deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, the Power Platform, and related technologies including the Azure cloud platform and its services
  • Familiarity with Finance in the context of ERP systems
  • Proficiency in integrating Microsoft Dynamics with diverse digital ecosystems using cloud-native integration patterns and standard APIs
  • Demonstrated track record of customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to align with business requirements, ensuring optimal performance and user experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels and across IT and the retail businesses
