Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team at Kingfisher. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architectural Decisions: Own and provide guidance on architectural decisions, ensuring they are robust, well-documented, and align with both business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Leadership in Design: Lead the creation of detailed high-level designs for complex programmes that integrate well with existing systems, meet business goals, and align to architecture standards and principles.
  • Solution Analysis and Evaluation: Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and technology, recommending improvements and exploring innovative solutions.
  • Product Selections: Lead and manage the product selection process, ensuring that the most suitable products and technologies are chosen to meet business capability requirements, align with architecture principles and technology strategy.
  • Technical Leadership and Guidance: Lead Solution Architects aligned to the programme, providing architectural and technical leadership, and guiding the implementation of solutions that bring to bear Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related technologies.

Requirements

  • Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Solutions Architect, with deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, the Power Platform, and related technologies including the Azure cloud platform and its services.
  • Finance Knowledge: Familiarity with Finance in the context of ERP systems.
  • Integration Skills: Proficiency in integrating Microsoft Dynamics with diverse digital ecosystems using cloud-native integration patterns and standard APIs.
  • Customization Skills: Demonstrated track record of customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to align with business requirements, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels and across IT and the retail businesses.
