Sales Administrator Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Graduate to join our sales team in Egham, Surrey. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team, handling inbound inquiries, and contributing to the growth of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide research support to the sales team
- Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries
- Conduct outbound activities as needed
- Keep the CRM system up to date
- Assist in sales operations
Requirements:
- Degree-educated with a 2.2 or above
- Confident personality with excellent communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and good knowledge of Excel
- Ability to think outside the box and bring new ideas to the team
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
- Knowledge and experience of CRM systems beneficial
- Previous experience in sales or customer service beneficial
