Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance and Grounds Specialist to join our team at Finlake Holiday Park. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of property maintenance, grounds upkeep, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete property maintenance tasks to the highest standards, including mowing, trimming, hedge cutting, plumbing, decorating, and general repairs.
  • Observe and adhere to Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the park, including emptying, cleaning, and refilling hot tubs on changeover days.
  • Proactively identify and rectify daily maintenance issues in lodges.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain the park's grounds and facilities.
