Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out property maintenance tasks to the highest standards, including plumbing, decorating, and general repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain the park's facilities and grounds.
