Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for leading our store teams to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate store teams to achieve sales targets and customer service goals
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotions
  • Monitor and control store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
  • Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase products that meet customer needs and drive sales growth
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
