**Job Overview**

The company, Media IQ Recruitment Ltd, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager / Business Development Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading media and events business, selling bespoke advertising, content, and sponsorship solutions across various sectors.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Sell advertising, content, and sponsorship solutions to businesses across the TV, Film, and Sport sectors.
  • Manage existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.

**Requirements:**

  • 3-9 years of multi-platform media sales experience, including digital.
  • Event sponsorship sales experience, ideally in award and conference sponsorship.
  • Naturally outgoing, lively, and confident individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Creative and consultative sales approach with a focus on building strong relationships.
  • Stable career history with a proven track record of success in sales.
