Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a highly skilled Bid Manager to join their expanding team. As a Bid Manager, you will be responsible for managing the bidding process for diverse and complex projects in the ground engineering sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the bidding process for diverse and complex projects in the ground engineering sector.
- Work closely with the Pre-Construction Team to win new contracts and drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Estimating and Commercial teams to ensure accurate and competitive bids.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Estimating or Commercial roles, ideally in remediation, enabling works, earthworks, civil engineering, or groundworks.
- Candidates with operational experience in remediation or enabling works, looking to transition into bid management, are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills, with a talent for negotiation and a proactive, 'win-win' mindset.
- Relevant qualifications in civil or structural engineering are preferred.
