Area Sales Manager - Structural

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Kingspan Insulation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers in the structural sector.

About the Role

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within your designated area of responsibility.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and maximize sales revenue.
  • Provide technical advice and support to customers, including site visits and training to enhance product knowledge and improve market share.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven sales and account development experience, preferably in the insulation industry.
  • Strong understanding of building regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel and work away from home, as required.
