Activities Co-ordinator Opportunity

Hutton Park Care Home is seeking a skilled Activities Co-ordinator to join our team.

We are a privately-owned, luxurious care home based in Largs, Scotland, providing high-quality care for 37 residents. As an Activities Co-ordinator, you will work closely with the Home Manager to plan and implement activities tailored to the residents' needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver a range of events and activities to promote socialisation and engagement among residents.
  • Collaborate with staff, relatives, and friends to create a positive atmosphere and encourage participation in care home activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities using appropriate documentation.
  • Utilise computer skills to support activity planning and organisation.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to develop and organise engaging events and activities.
  • Friendly, creative, and confident approach.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
