Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and draft sustainable drainage systems (SuDS), external works, and manage Section 38 and Section 104 projects across various sectors including residential, industrial, and commercial.
  • Engage and collaborate with clients throughout the UK, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Utilize design software such as Microdrainage, InfoDrainage, Civil3D, and AutoCAD to execute design tasks.
  • Coordinate project planning and resource management alongside team leaders to adhere to design guidelines and meet project deadlines.

The ideal candidate will receive on-the-job training to enhance their skills and will work closely with our civil engineering team, with mentorship aimed at achieving professional chartership.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant UK experience.
  • A degree in Civil Engineering (BEng/MEng/MSc or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of construction practices, design standards, and health & safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drawings is essential.
  • Experience with Civil 3D, PDS, and InfoDrainage/MicroDrainage is required.
  • Excellent communication skills in English for client interactions.
  • A logical and analytical mindset for effective problem-solving.
