We are currently in search of a dedicated Lead Civil Engineering Specialist with a solid background in drainage, highways, and infrastructure projects. This role requires a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience within the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and drafting of sustainable drainage systems (SuDS), external works, and various infrastructure projects across residential, industrial, and commercial sectors.
  • Engage with clients throughout the UK, ensuring effective communication and project alignment.
  • Utilize software tools such as Microdrainage, InfoDrainage, Civil3D, and AutoCAD for design tasks.
  • Coordinate project planning and resource management in collaboration with team leaders to meet project deadlines.

The ideal candidate will receive on-the-job training to enhance their skills and will collaborate closely with the civil engineering team, with mentorship available for those pursuing Chartership with the ICE.

Required Experience:
  • At least 3 years of experience in the UK civil engineering sector.
  • A relevant degree in Civil Engineering (BEng/MEng/MSc, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of construction industry standards and health & safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drawings is essential.
  • Experience with Civil 3D, PDS, and InfoDrainage/MicroDrainage is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for client interactions.
  • A logical and analytical approach to problem-solving.
