Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely support arrangements are in place as per our team's processes and procedures.
- Coordinate individual service contracts and purchase orders, accurately recording them on our Mosaic system and issuing them in a timely manner.
- Negotiate fair fees with care management teams in response to changes.
- Monitor and report potential issues and solutions to care management and quality assurance colleagues.
