Placement Officer Job Description

Service Care Solutions is currently recruiting for a Placement Officer in Camden.

The Placement Officer will be responsible for identifying and sourcing the most cost-effective service to meet the eligible needs of the customer as assessed by the customer's key worker.

This is a Hybrid position.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Ensure support is in place within agreed timelines as set out in the team processes and procedure.
  2. Where support is arranged, individual service contracts / purchase orders are raised, recorded accurately on Mosaic, and issued in a timely manner.
  3. Support care management to negotiate a fair fee where changes arise.
  4. Take responsibility for alerting care management / quality assurance colleagues to potential issues and solutions.
