Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the liaison service team manager and fellow consultants to provide expert clinical guidance in the assessment and management of patients.
- Develop and implement training programs for hospital staff to elevate the standard of patient care.
- Foster relationships with colleagues across the acute trust to ensure effective service delivery.
- Participate in the trust-wide liaison psychiatry senior management team, contributing to strategic planning and clinical governance.

The team supports trainees at various levels, with all consultants serving as clinical supervisors, thereby promoting a culture of learning and development.
