About the ServiceThe Hounslow Liaison Psychiatry Service is renowned for its strong partnerships with the hospital, a robust training program, and a commitment to service enhancement and innovation. As a member of our well-established and cohesive team, you will collaborate with two full-time consultants in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical expertise in the assessment and management of patients within the hospital setting.
- Work closely with the liaison service team manager and fellow consultants to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement training programs for hospital staff to enhance service delivery.
- Contribute to the strategic development and clinical governance of the liaison psychiatry service.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- MBBS or an equivalent medical qualification.
- A qualification or higher degree in medical education, clinical research, or management.
- Extensive experience in various liaison psychiatry services with a comprehensive understanding of the specialty.
