Requirements
  • Extensive Knowledge of Professional Membership Organisations: Proven experience in community management and development, with a strong understanding of community management theory and practice.
  • Strong Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead across teams and manage professional member networks and communities.
  • Strategic and Creative Thinking: Ability to oversee and deliver large-scale, high-impact brand-building events and drive business growth through innovative community engagement strategies.
  • Customer Focus and Data Analysis Capabilities: Strong customer focus, with excellent data analysis and visualisation capabilities to inform community engagement decisions.
