Senior Registered Nurse Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Registered Nurse to join our team at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Senior Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and leading a team of nurses to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring individual patients' needs are assessed, care planned, implemented, and evaluated regularly.
- Lead a team of nurses to achieve excellent patient outcomes, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure safe and effective patient care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Contribute to the development of the nursing team, providing feedback, coaching, and mentoring.
- First-level registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Extensive post-registration experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of nursing policies, procedures, and guidelines.
