Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Global Experience Specialists. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and productive operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory.
  • Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Monitor and optimize warehouse processes to enhance overall performance and efficiency.
  • Liaise with other departments to fulfill orders and meet customer demands effectively.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on warehouse activities and performance metrics.
  • Train and develop new members of the warehouse team.
  • Ensure all departments have the necessary materials to carry out their duties.
  • Work closely with production to ensure loading deadlines are met as per business requirements.
  • Unload and load shows from the warehouse to show locations within venues.
  • Prepare and pack all show requirements, ensuring all stock is labeled as required.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of inventory management software and warehouse procedures.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
