Position Overview:

CBSbutler Holdings Limited is in search of an Internal Communications Coordinator to assist the management team in enhancing internal communication strategies and supporting the Internal Communications Manager.

This role is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy.
  • Conduct research and produce engaging content for internal publications, including the intranet and email communications.
  • Organize and manage internal events aimed at fostering employee engagement.
  • Oversee the monthly communication of organizational stories.
  • Regularly update the intranet to ensure it remains a vital resource for employees.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including diversity and sustainability groups, to enhance their communication efforts.
  • Utilize video content to enrich internal communications.
  • Work alongside creative agencies to brief and develop campaigns and publications.
  • Assist with other internal and external events as needed.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in the financial services sector, preferably within a banking context.
